The warranty period of this equipment lasts for one year since being bought. If any non-artificial fault occurs in the warranty period, the user can ask our company or agent to provide free services and repairs using the quality guarantee notice, on-site training record, and the purchase invoice. The damage caused by the fire, flood, earthquake, or other disasters is not within the scope of warranty. In the warranty period, abrasive belts and other normal wearing parts provided by Shandong Shengteng must be used.

If any of the following condition occurs, we will collect the corresponding accessory and maintenance cost as appropriate:

1、The quality guarantee notice or the on-the-job training record is not provided. Or the equipment warranty content is not met.

2、The equipment is damaged due to operations that does not comply with the operation instruction or the working routine, cautions, and operating environment required by the manufacturer.

3、The equipment is damaged due to unauthorized disassembly, expansion, and modification;

4、Damage not caused by the technician from our company or the maintenance personnel of the agent;

5、Damage caused by using accessories of the brand not appointed by the manufacturer;

6、Normal equipment wearing parts (abrasive belt, abrasive cloth wire wheel, etc.).
